I almost feel ashamed to say I had no idea Crater Lake was so massive- or that it was like actually the crater of a volcano. I just assumed it was overhyped like everything else in the world.


THIS PLACE IS GASP INDUCING!
Sean Vassar and I have occasional business that takes us to the other side of Crater Lake but there usually isn’t a lot of extra time for sight seeing.

The reason Crater Lake is so clear is because it’s completely rain fed.
There are no feeder rivers or creeks.
